Terms and Conditions

• All payments to be made in the favor of Way2News Private Limited (“Way2News”) only though account payee cheque/ account payee demand draft / direct bank transfers to Company’s bank account. Bank account details mentioned on the invoices raised by Way2News. No representative of Way2News asks advertiser to remit payment to any other bank account other than the bank account of Way2News.
• In case any advertiser / agency wants to pay in cash, payments shall be accepted to the extent allowed under the applicable laws. Any cash payments received in excess of the permitted thresholds shall not be refunded and will be kept in hold as recoveries of future possible penalties as applicable. Submission of copy of PAN is mandatory if an advertiser wants to pay in cash.
• All payments in cash made to Way2News needs to be mandatory communicated in writing within 2 working days to Way2News Private Limited on accounts@way2news.com by the advertiser/ agency booking the advertisement. Way2News shall not be responsible for any frauds or misappropriation.
• Payments will only be accepted directly form the respective advertiser / agency booking the advertisement. No payments shall be accepted for any other unauthorized persons.
• Every advertiser must provide his full legal name, address, PAN and GST details at the time of placing an advertisement request.
• Levies and taxes as applicable shall be borne by the advertiser/ agencies only.
• The advertiser/agency shall not collect any monies or any other assets from the public through advertisements except for the sale of goods and services rendered. Way2News reserves the right to prohibit any such advertiser/agency from collecting monies and initiate appropriate legal action.
• All complaints regarding the publication or non-publication of advertisements must be made within 21 days of the actual publication date or the scheduled publication date. Any complaints received after this 21-days period will not be considered.
• All creative works and artwork made/ by Way2News remain the sole property of Way2News. Use of these assets in any other medium or publication is strictly prohibited without the express written consent of Way2News.
• Due care is taken that advertisement shall as far as possible appears on the date specified but no guarantee is implied in the acceptance of an order and Way2News will not accept any liability if an advertisement is published on dates other than those desired."
• Way2News accepts no liability for any loss or damage caused by error or inaccuracy in the printing or omission to insert any advertisement or for any damage or loss of art works, art pulls or other materials supplied for the purpose of the advertisement.
• If an advertisement is given for different constituencies, every effort will be made to publish the advertisement in all the constituencies. Way2News will not be responsible if any constituency is missed or delayed due to circumstances beyond our control. Way2News shall invoice such an insertion at a combined constituency rate and issue credit note for the constituency in which the advertisement was missed on prorata basis. However, if the advertiser cancels the advertisement in one or more constituencies, the invoice shall be raised at the applicable rates for the published constituencies.
• Advertisement material received in English will be translated into the respective vernacular languages, unless the advertiser specifically requests publication in English. While we will take every precaution with these translations, Way2News will not be held responsible for any changes in meaning that may occur. Proper nouns and technical terms will be translated to the closest equivalent meaning.
• Way2News reserves the right to decline publication of copy/ illustrations/ creatives which in the opinion on Way2News may damage the reputation of Way2News, other person(s) or prejudice other advertisements and also to refuse or suspend publication of an advertisement at any stage and under any conditions without assigning reasons.
• Way2news will not publish the advertisements which violates the provisions of the Drugs and Magic Remedies (Objectionable Advertisements) Act 1954, The Emblems and Names Act (Prevention of improper use) 1950, the prohibition act of various states, RBI rules and regulations, Prize Competitions Act, 1955, Data privacy laws, betting and gambling and relevant act(s), rules, regulations as applicable from time to time. Also defamatory ads (containing derogatory/offensive language) and appointment advertisements of private or public institutions asking application money are not accepted.
• Due care shall be taken to ensure good reproduction. However, Way2News shall not be held liable for any variance in creative received from advertiser/agencies when compared to creative published, which is caused due to technical reasons/adjustments required for publishing an advertisement.
• The advertiser/ agency hereby declares and represents that all contents of the advertisement is true and correct and takes full responsibility of the same. The advertiser/ agency hereby declares and represents that they have all written approvals and written authorizations on records to place this advertisement(s).
• The advertiser/ agency hereby agrees to indemnify Way2News, the directors, officers, employees and its representatives against any actions, demands, losses, cost, charges, expense, damages etc (including present and future) of all kinds, which Way2News and all any of its employees and representatives may incur or that may arise in connection with the publication of any advertisement on behalf of the advertiser/ agency.
• The advertisements are accepted in good faith and Way2News accepts no responsibility whatsoever regarding the bonafides of the advertiser of the nature or contents of the advertisement published.
• Only courts at Hyderabad, Telangana shall have exclusive jurisdiction in case of any dispute or legal procedures.
